What I Liked:
Reading this book felt like cuddling up on the couch with a warm, soft blanket and sipping deliciously thick, luscious hot-cocoa. I don’t doubt that my positive impression of the book is in part due to how well I related to both the main characters, Briana and Jacob. They were both flawed characters dealing with their own mental health challenges, but they were perfect for each other. It made me want to believe there really are such a thing as soul mates, someone that inherently understands you. I was actually kind of jealous and wished I had a Briana in my life to help calm my anxiety.
What I Didn’t Really Like:
There honestly wasn’t really anything notable that I disliked about this book.
Overall:
This book is definitely worth reading and enjoying. Some romances are so fictional that they feel like they couldn’t actually ever happen in real life (still fun to read), but this book was grounded in realism. I would love to believe this love story actually happened and would totally believe it.
