Trista is in a bind and needs money now. Her brother sends her to Jerico to cash in on an old favor from their days in the military. He offers her the cash she needs but in exchange she has to agree to work for him at The Wicked Horse sex club and do whatever he asks. Without any other options, she is forced to agree.

What I Liked:
I liked that while a large marjority of Wicked Favor took place in a sex club, there wasn’t a heavy emphasis on BDSM. The teasers and build up to the real reason Jerico hates Trista’s brother was effective in building the tension as was the dual POV providing insight into Jericho’s not-so-innocent intentions when offering Trista a job in the first place. It was like watching a car accident in slow motion, but in a good way.

What Bothered Me:
While there was indeed a plot, most of the emphasis was on the spicy scenes and it felt like there was a lot more potential for character development that wasn’t achieved.

Overall:
If you’re looking for a spicy romance that takes place in a sex club, Wick Favor fits the bill.
