Since she was a child, Hope has known that her fate would to be bring peace between the Realm and the Kurjans. She suspected the cost would be high so didn't allow herself to listen to her heart until Paxton gave her no other choice.

What I Liked:
As always, the Dark Protectors delivered sexy dominant males that know how to deal with their spirited females. It was cute to see Hope’s reaction to Paxton when she finally realized he wasn’t her soft, sweet childhood friend anymore.

What I Didn’t Really Like:
There was a lot happening in terms of external plot points. A couple of big events felt like they didn’t get as much attention as I expected.

Overall:
I’m a little sad that I’m finished with the Dark Protectors series. It was one of the series that really got me hooked into paranormal romance. On it’s own, I think Warrior’s Hope still delivers on expectations for the genre. As the culmination of a 16-book series,it felt a little rushed with so much happening very quickly to try to squeeze the rest of the story into the last book. It didn’t have the same emotional impact as some of the others in the series. Regardless, I still love Rebecca Zanetti and will continue to read everything she puts out.
