What I Liked:
Virginia was a wonderfully quirky female protagonist that I couldn’t help but like. There was a lot of plant humor that I didn’t always completely understand, but it didn’t distract away from the story. Both Virginia and her love interest Will show a lot of personal growth throughout the story. I appreciated that it wasn’t only one of them holding the relationship back.
What I Didn’t Really Like:
I was a little let down by the resolution of the safety concern. After building it up so much, I thought it would be a little more dramatic, but I guess the author wanted the focus to be on the relationship between the Virginia and Will without outside influences.
Overall:
This was a solid billionaire romcom. I had quite a few steamy scenes but it was well balanced with character development and light humor.
