Being the lowest in the hierarchy, she's just trying to survive her five years of school until she helps an Alpha…

What I Liked:
I was a little skeptical of a Why Choose Romance with so many people involved, but the series pulled me in. My favorite part of a romance is the tension and build up of two people as they get to know one another and ultimately end up together, so the Ironside Academy series gave me this many times over. It helps that the characters each bring something different to the table.

What Bothered Me:
I wouldn’t say it really bothered me, but the spice level of the first book is actually pretty low and might be deceiving considering how extremely spicy the later books get.

Overall:
Anyone that enjoyed The Bonds That Tie should check out the Ironside Academy. It has a lot of similarities but also add elements of The Hunger Games and a little Fifty Shades. Just be aware that only four of the five books are currently available (which I read in four days) and the fifth is scheduled to come out in December 2024.
