What I Liked:
The balance between the all the action, the individual character arcs and the relationship arc is fantastic. I never got the impression that any individual piece didn’t make sense or was too easy. Everything in this book is hard won and it makes it totally worth it. I love that I got a nice sense of resolution for the major conflict of the book but am left with huge amounts of anticipation for what’s coming next. It has a cliffhanger, but in the best sense possible.
What I Didn’t Like:
I don’t like that I have to wait until December for Book 3 😉
Overall:
I absolutely loved this book. It’s long but I didn’t want it to end and I will most definitely be reading again. It reminded me of when I would read the Harry Potter books as soon as they were released, but with a lot more adult content.
