Heat Rating:
Auburn moves to Texas and it seems like Fate that she ends up at Owen's gallery just when he's desperate for an employee for the night. They hit it off but nothing is as it seems and both make terrible decisions for all the right reasons.

What I Liked:
As always, Colleen Hoover provides an emotional read with Confess. I think the confessions and idea behind Owen’s gallery was one of my favorite parts. I imagine people baring their soul with a confession would be a great source of inspiration for any piece of art.

What I Didn’t Really Like:
I was a little annoyed with Owen feeling so strongly for Auburn yet making the decision not to try to clear things up with her earlier.

Overall:
I think Confess would be a good read when you’re in the right mood for an emotional read. I don’t want to give away any spoilers but you should probably check trigger warnings if you have any sensitivities.
