Heat Rating:
The Vandawolf may have set her free, but Asha can't find it in her to leave him in the hands of the humans that betrayed him. She'll do whatever it takes to save him and then find her family only the world beyond the only home she's ever known is neither what she expected nor what it seems.

What I Liked:
It was easy to get lost in the high fantasy world created by A Sin Like Fire. It was an effortless read that ended all too quickly and included multiple twists that took me completely by surprise.

What Bothered Me:
After everything that Asha went through it was a little tough to read about her sister’s reaction, but I have a feeling more will be revealed there by the end of the series.

Overall:
Lovers of romantic fantasy looking for something a little different than just fae, shifters, and vampires should check out the Kingdom of Betrayal series. There was a note at the end with the recommendation to read the Dark Magic Shifters series first to prevent spoilers because there is some crossover, so I will probably switch over to that one before completing this series.
