City of Night (Secrets and Sin Series Book 1)

What I Liked:I love that Linsey Hall’s characters like Cora and Talan have so many layers. Misunderstandings keep the main characters from connecting too quickly and little tiny teasers keep the reader motivated to finish the book as quickly as possible.

What I Didn’t Really Like:It’s funny, but I don’t actually have a clear image of Cora in my head after reading despite multiple chapters being from the point of view of Talan.

Overall:If you enjoy paranormal romance, you should definitely check this out or start with one of her other series. I’d have to think real hard to identify to identify a favorite, but maybe the Dragon’s Gift series.
