REVIEW

What I Liked:The writing, especially in the beginning, is very emotionally engaging and really draws the reader in. After having recently read a series of longer books, I appreciated that this was a quick read.

What I Didn't Like:The ending didn't feel super satisfying for me. I'm left with a TON of questions to which I would still like answers.

Overall:If you like both mafia and paranormal romance and are looking for something relatively short, pick this up (Note: Pay attention to trigger warnings). Honestly, this concept could easily be developed into a multi-book series and then I might get some of the answers to my questions.

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5)
