As a comedy writer, Sally meets and hits it off with famous musician Noah but blows it due to insecurities. Years later during the COVID pandemic they start emailing and she might get a second shot if only her insecurities don't get in the way yet again.

What I Liked:
I thought Sally was a geniunely funny character, which makes sense since she is a comedy writer. I also liked how Noah ended up being a super down-to-earth celebrity that had his own flaws and insecurities.

What I Didn’t Really Like:
I was surprised when half of the book takes place in COVID pandemic conditions. It kinda stressed me out, but I loved Noah’s grand gesture(s) that resulted.

Overall:
If you like comedy skits (like SNL) and romcoms then you should check this book out. I think most females can probably relate to thinking that hot guys never go for normal girls, which is the underlying premise for the book.
